We saw the kid briefly on Wedensday evening, she seems to have recovered from her breakup and has already someone in her sights I reckon. I did some checking up on the photographer dude and he seems okay. Mammy2 is going to meet him today and give him the once over. We have to act like concerned parents once in a while ya know. Herself and the mate headed to Fibbers last night. This morning no sign of them. Of course I had images of them being kidnapped and held for ransom. As it turns out, she had txted Mammy2 last night to tell her she was staying over at mates but mammy2 had the phone off. I went to see Shirley Valentine last night. I really enjoyed it. Although its completly different from the film and its a one woman show which was strange. Some of the scenes didn't really work as well as they did on the movie I thought at any rate. I was supposed to book it a few weeks ago as something different to do with the mate R rather then going on the lash, but it was sold out. So this time we made it, albeit she
was a tad reluctant. I can't believe she's never been to Kilmainham Gaol. The madness. I said I would check out times and drag her there. She has no interest in history and she doesn't even pretend to have an interest. The play was in the New Theatre which is upstairs from Connelly Bookshop in Temple Bar. This shop is great, so much irish stuff. Some of it wasn't even tacky!
Work is mental, as you can tell from me sitting here writing a blog entry;) Well, tis lunchtime so I intend on taking 20-30 minutes at least. How how this this woman? I mean seriously! Top of my list everytime :)

I digress, work is mad but great. I love coding. I love writing actual code and understanding and the buzz you get when you get it working is just great. I need to get my act together with regards getting my sun certified exam. The mate A took it and failed it. She was not impressed. Apparently its harder then it appears. How the feck could it be harder?! Java is a hard language to grasp at the best of times with this whole object orientated approach. Your head would explode sometimes. From objects to classes to interfaces to polymorphism to inheritence. I'm getting
some of it, and other stuff falls right out. But my java app talks to Amazon and even better is Amazon talks back. One API down, 4 to go and I don't think I'll get all them done in a day. I was tempted to bring the code home, as I can get the environment up and running at home, but I need to focus on the spud redesign. It has to be done this week. Or else I'll throw a tantrum. Or something slightly more mature. This weekend went from having no plans for really busy
all of a sudden. There's a spud meet tomorrow night which I shall have to show my face at. Meeting up with the mate S on Sunday for the hurling. Herself and her gf are heading to the match in Croker so we are meeting them for a bite to eat beforehand. Monday is free, thank god, I intend to stay in bed all day :)
